Order Processing & Shipping
Also, please know that we need 3-4 days to process an order for ergonomic accessories, 5-10 days to process an order for an ergonomic chairs, and 3-4 weeks for height adjustable furniture or custom orders. If you add processing time to shipping time, you will have a better idea of when your shipment will arrive.
Taxes
To meet state tax requirements, we add 7% state sales tax to orders shipped within the state of North Carolina. Orders shipped outside of North Carolina are not taxed.
Warranties
ErgoStoreOnline sells quality ergonomic products from ISO-9002 certified manufacturers. Our ergonomic accessories are warrantied for 1 year from the time of manufacture. Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to work with you to find the right product for your needs. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can warrant a return.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, or one that is
damaged/defective:
- Within 15 days of receiving the product, contact us toll free at 1-877-971-0151 or 704-543-7994 (outside US) or returns@ergostoreonline.com
to request a return authorization (RA) number. Specify whether you would
like a replacement or a refund.
- Re-seal all parts and pieces of the product within the original
packaging.
- Make sure the product arrives at the warehouse within 30 days of the
date we issue your RA number.
- We will inspect your return to assure that these guidelines have been met.
- Upon passing this inspection, we will either a) replace the product, or
b) refund the full amount by applying a credit to the method of payment used when the original order was placed.
In neither case will you be responsible for a restocking fee or for return
shipping.
Assuming you received the product you ordered, and it is not damaged
or defective:
The following instructions do not apply to tables, conference room
furniture, executive office suites, or chairs.

- Upon passing this inspection, we will refund the amount of the product,
minus a 25-35% restocking fee, by applying a credit to the method of payment used when the original order was
placed. We will not refund you for return shipping charges.

Shopping Cart Security
