Casters or Glides |

Carpet casters move more easily over carpet. We recommend these even if you
have a chair mat over the carpet. |

Hard floor casters protect and grip the floor to prevent scratching and
minimize unwanted rolling. Best used on hard floors (and chair mats placed on
hard floors). |

Brakes lock when you sit down, and stay locked, as long as the
chair is occupied. Typically used on hard floors. Keeps you from rolling
around. |

Instead of wheels, you may opt for glides - flat round disks that keep your
