ErgoStoreOnline has been our ergonomic furniture vendor for nearly one year now.
As the ergonomist at Cisco Systems, we contacted ErgoStoreOnline when our ergonomic furniture needs continued to grow. We previously had another vendor that overpriced the furniture and were not responsive to our needs.
ErgoStoreOnline realized the situation at hand and provided us with the much needed revamping of our ergonomic program.
ErgoStoreOnline proceeded to quote the price on the ergonomic chairs over $300 less than what we were paying before. The chairs fit the exact need that the previous chairs did with a few extra benefits that we did not get from the "other" chair.
Above all, their customer service skills exceeded all expectations. When there is a furniture need,
they are exceptionally responsive. Communication is essential. I notify
them that there is a need and they travel out to Research Triangle Park, NC (which is about a 3 hour drive from Charlotte) to address the situation. The service does not conclude at this point.
They demonstrate a beneficial and timely follow up with each customer at Cisco Systems.
I am delighted with our services from ErgoStoreOnline, and hope that our relationship will only continue to grow stronger.

I would like to thank ErgoStoreOnline for the excellent follow-through on the many chairs purchased by our company. First, we were given a detailed review of available styles and options. This was followed by demo chairs for any affected party to see and feel. At this point we did a thorough review of quality versus price. For the money, these are the best chairs on the market. We purchased, they delivered - on time! Each employee received training on the use of the chairs. This last step is not offered by anyone else that I have worked with. Our future purchases of ergonomic products and chairs will certainly get first review by ErgoStoreOnline.

Imagine my surprise when I searched online for Neutral Posture chairs and found a source 5 minutes from where I live. I've been using a Neutral Posture 9801 for the past 5 years at NASA and love it. Didn't realize how much I loved it until I started working from home without it. Do you only sell online or can I stop by and try one on?
